There is one scene where a boom mic is visible but it's intentional.

The print I handled had a DTS track and the cans were labeled "quad-track" but no DTS disk was enclosed, so I can't say for certain it's DTS.

Yes, DTS. One Disc Only.
Also, for whatever reason, apparently Sony handles nontheatrical bookings for Apparition, and has a seperate pool of prints at DFS.
