Author Topic: Heaven Mike Schindler Phenomenal Film Handler Posts: 1039 From: Oak Park, IL, USA Registered: Jun 2002 posted 10-19-2002 02:26 AM                     This is one hell of a movie. The visuals are truly amazing. Each shot is beautifully composed in these astoundingly complex ways. The editing is also superb. All of the images just sort of meld together perfectly. It's a very powerful story. Maybe a bit too self-important at times, but it's surely not bad. And Cate Blanchett's performance is exceptional. She is one phenominal actress. Everything she touches is pure gold. I have not seen this movie, but plan on it. I have yet to be dissapointed by a movie she was in. She has a sort of sixth sense about what films NOT to do.
