I was very impressed with this film. I am not a huge Charlize Theron fan, and I think she often reaches very hard for an oscar (read:Monster) But at the same time, I think the story in this movie was told very well. I am not familiar with the real-life tale of workplace sexual harrasment on which this movie is based, but whether or not it[the court case/lives involved], were as interesting, the film still kept me enthralled for over 2 hours (at 1am).
It is amazing at the ridiculous mentality that some people have about women in the workplace and the cruel harrasment that they had to go through. And this took place only 15 years ago.
A very worthwhile film to check out for both genders. Probably will be nominated for something come Oscar season, especially with all the other crap that has been released this year.

**** out of 5

Yep, this one is a winner. Its gotta win some kind of award. I found it depressing as hell, and wanted to punchout the male coal miners. I'm not too fond of 2 hour + films, but this one was worth the time. Charlize and Sissy were awesome. [thumbsup] [thumbsup]
