It was okay. I'm kinda in the middle. I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it. It started out kinda boring, but once they encountered the mutants, it started to pick up a little. It didn't totally suck, but it could've been better. Probably the biggest problem was the family. They were so boring and uninteresting. Plus, they were really stupid. I actually wanted them to all die. Other than that, it was alright. I haven't seen the original, but I'm sure it's better than this one. It has to be. It was one of Wes Craven's earlier movies, back when he was actually good.
