Let me first say this...IT is what IT is.

This film dosn't have the production value of say Gladiator or King Arthur. But if your a fan of this genre then you will most likley like it. It was good, there were some really cheesy lines, and I swear there was a scene where Colin Firths character was giving a speach that the background behind him a tarp painted like a wall.

Even with that it was still a good movie and a good prequel to the King Arthur legend.

3/5

Ours came that way as well, along with the soundtrack changing colors from reel to reel. And what ever lab printed it up were cheap, instead of printing the blue band on the end they just spliced it in and then spliced the tail on to the blue band.

Likely the prints were struck in a French lab (judging by the french language stickers on our print) before it was rated and the rating later slugged in.

It is a U.S./France/U.K. co-production.

Worse movie I've seen in more than a decade.

I assumed that it was a used print since some theaters cut the blue band off as part of the tail.

And yeah, I had to remember that "fin" is French for "end/finish."

No, our blueband was spliced on too but all the other leaders were uncut.

This was one of those 'We ship you the print even though you're not booked for it' movies. Thing is this time it actually worked and bookings actually changed our lineup on Thursday.
