Nice film for techies! What happens when you throw millions of dollars at building a buried fiber optic line from Kansas to New York so your stock trades can get there a millisecond faster than everyone else. What could possibly go wrong? Nice overview of horizontal drilling, real estate issues, etc. The movie also deals with microwave transmission but not HF radio as is apparently being used in trans Atlantic stock trades (see https://spectrum.ieee.org/tech-talk/telecom/wireless/wall-street-tries-shortwave-radio-to-make-highfrequency-trades-across-the-atlantic ).
