Does anyone know if the goverment requires Theaters to have these on the premises?

I think they are required in all businesses that use chemicals.

I believe you need a MSDS sheet for each kind of harmful chemical you have on site. With all the different paints and other supplies we use in our business, we have quite a collection.

Many companies have MSDS information for their products on their websites. Here is Kodak's MSDS information site:

Now that Film Guard is patented, can we get one for this as well or have they always been available? If they have been please point me in the right direction.

One of my suppliers smarted off to an inspector and as a result got a very detailed inspection. He was cited for not having a MSDS for the road flares in the delivery vehicle. Get one for everything you can think of.

Any chemical product (FilmGuard and even things like Windex and bug spray) has MSDS sheets available. All you have to do is ask the manufacturer directly.
