Author Topic: Who ownes the Elmwood & Rheem theatres? Does the Toccinni (spelling?) family of Santa Rosa still operate these two theatres? Just curious. I`m 83 years old and the theatre was there before I was in my teens; indeed it was old then. It was called the Strand. A dump when I was a kid. I think the Berkeley Theatere was built some time around the World War One but the Strand could have been older.
