We used to get a foaming concession cleaning product from National Maintenance Corp in an aerosol can that worked really well on poppers, hot dog roller grills, was food-safe, etc. but can no longer find it as it seems that NMC has bit the dust. Does anyone use anything like this, and if so, would you please tell me how to get it?

Thanks,

Mike

Depending on your vendor(s) you might be able to find something quite handy in their generic brand.
I for example am quite fond of Real-A-Peel from Sysco. Failing that I like Simple Green [Wink]

Gold Medal has the same type of cleaner. I think it was called "Watchdog Concession Equipment Cleaner".
