Author Topic: Booking John Wayne's "McLintock" Mike Blakesley Film God Posts: 12767 From: Forsyth, Montana Registered: Jun 99 posted 05-14-2018 06:07 PM                        Every year we do a free-admission showing of a Western movie in conjunction with the "Matthew Quigley Buffalo Rifle Match," which is a huge black-powder shooting event that takes place here. This year our most-requested movie is "McLintock," but our booker tells me it is controlled by the John Wayne Estate and is hard to book without their permission. Has anyone here ever had any luck booking this title and if so, do you have a contact for me to try? I'd even be OK with booking it now for next year, if it's too late for this year.
