Anyone remember this film from the early 70's? Does anyone know if the house used in it was a real house, or if it was a set?

IMDB does not list any production info. It was a made for TV movie so possibly at one of the smaller movie ranch locations. Also knowing where Aaron Spelling was located might help pinpoint that.
