Author Topic: HBO Live Concert ca. 1985 Bill Enos Film God Posts: 2081 From: Richmond, Virginia, USA Registered: Apr 2000 posted 12-08-2000 10:29 PM                     One of our concession girls is trying to locate a video of a concert that was on HBO in she believes 1985, it was done live to raise money for stavation victims somewhere or for world peace, who knows. I know this is pretty vague but it is all I have. She wants it for her boyfriend for Christmas. There was one stage going in England, near London, if I remember right, one in Philadelphia, both were broadcast live, people were calling in from all over the globe making contributions... Phil Collins played on both stages for the show. Freddie Mercury lent his Steinway piano for use at the stage in England. All in all, a really neat thing to watch.
