Anybody checked out the Spider-Man one-sheets now for sale on Ebay?

There are several for sale, all currently over $100 with two over $200. The highest one is $249.99 reserve with no bids yet.

The trailer is also being offered, but isn't commanding as much of course. The high bid at the moment is $38.

Can't you get in trouble for selling trailers.

I'm suprised Ebay didn't take those items down with their stance on profiting from the attacks and banning World Trade center related merchandise.

But it doesn't suprise me people are selling this stuff. There are a lot of trailers and posters on Ebay. Even FOX posters that specifically state on the bottom of them that they prohibit the sale or transfer of posters and that they are the property of Fox. I remember seeing $100 being asked for X-men teaser trailers.
