How many fellow film-techers are working in their respective cinemas today? I went a few vacations before the holidays so I will be working in the theatre for Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years. Actually it is kind of fun.

You got to love the lack of holiday traffic on the roads.

I got to work this morning and tomorrow morning. I got called back in tonight for a minor projection problem. My family is all a 12-hour drive away, so I *always* work holidays and have Christmas in mid-January.

After working a few double shifts and being very tired, I am very happy to have Thanksgiving off. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Today was also my birthday (25) so I was managed to get the day off.
And it was a good thing too.
One of my sisters and her family live in Dallas, and I was suprised to see them at my aunt's house this afternoon.
I have a 6 month old neice that before today I had only seen for about ten minutes on the fourth of july when they stopped my the theatre that i got to play with today.
Glad I had the day off
