Here's an interesting article. I guess Clones will have to be released on film after all.

FWIW, the CURRENT schedule for ShoWest has the following entry for Tuesday March 5:

"6:30pm Dinner: "Sponsored by Texas Instruments":

http://www.showest.com/schedule.cfm

I printed out the ShoWest schedule of events on January 29, when it said:

"6:30pm Dinner: Texas Instruments hosts a LucasFilm Ltd. Presentation".

I guess LucasFilm will be wanting to change their name to LucasPixel fairly soon.

They will probably show extended scenes from the new Star Wars but I doubt they'll show the entire movie. Hey, I could be wrong!

Are you kidding? Showing the whole movie would mean George Lucas would have to give it to 4000 people for free.

I doubt it would be lucaspixels, maybe lucasdigital or something. but as far as most of us are concerned, it might as well be MucasSucks LTD

" Lucas Digital " already exists.

ILM and Skywalker Sound are divisions of it.

Now lets go easy on the poor boy. Georgie has been away from his stash for so long, he has forgotten just how much great work can be done when you smoke em and toke em.

Remember THX 1138? Was that for drugs or against drugs. The film, while one of my favorites, is so bleak that you arent sure if george wasnt actually trying to write a commercial advocating the benefits of an lsd flashback.

Looks like the presentation at ShowWest is going to be the trailer for Attack of the Clones. Check out the link below. It doesn't say if it will be shown in digital or not.

Then once they show the theatre owners the trailer, the next few weeks they start discussing terms for film bookings. Will be interesting to see what happens.
