The Val-Pack coupons came in the mail today. I don't know how widespread these are, but they are coupons for local and national businesses. Usually oil changes, pizzas and home remodeling companies. Got a very unusual offer today...I can drop by my local General Cinema and pick up a free TIME MACHINE calendar. But there ARE no General Cinemas around here. And the coupon specifically lists the Galleria at South Bay, Sherman Oaks, Glendale, Beverly Conenction, Hollywood Galaxy and the Avco...all Los Angeles Theatres! I'm sure this is a simple mistake...I just found it funny. This coupon for California came from ValPack of Boston. I'm going to send it to the address on the coupon for getting my name removed from their mailing list. I don't think I'll be attending any future screenings at any of those locations! I wonder if the folks in LA got a coupon from Mama Mimi's Pizza Place?
