Russell Crowe is actually Austrailian, but putting that aside, it certainly may be much to judge someone on their bedroom activities and it is true many Americans feel Bill Clinton's thing was not very important. Still, that doesn't make it okay to for people to carelessly wound others in serving their own selfish needs. And I think most average Americans feel this way. If very public, high profile figures such as Bill Clinton or Russell Crowe don't want people making snap judgments on their character, then they need to be a lot more discrete about how they handle their private lives. Russell Crowe's performance in "A Beautiful Mind" should be judged only for what is on screen and not in the tabloids. With that being said, Pete Rose needs to be put in Baseball's Hall of Fame already. It's not like he smoked crack or something (actually he would be in the Hall of Fame if he was busted for drugs instead of gambling). All controversy aside, I'm glad Denzel Washington won for "Training Day". His performance was the best out of the nominated ones I have seen. I still haven't seen "In the Bedroom" though, and most say Tom Wilkinson's performance was exemplary.
