We could vote for best picture and best actor, but also best change over placement or shortest "20min" reel. Maybe best scene that was in the trailer, but wasn't in the film. The board was suppose to vote for a new Chairman because the last one had just stuttered himself to death. They all wrote their votes on little scraps of paper and were about to put them in the hat when it was announced that you couldn't vote for yourself.
