"I think a lot of people probably haven't noticed," Stone told TV GUIDE. "I couldn't care less. I am so sick of that character." For the record, the death that stuck was a muscular disease which finished off Kenny at the end of season five. The boy hasn’t been seen since. I suppose it's a sad admission, but he really reminds me of myself.
