This is the run time Brad gave for Eposide 2.
I know you like to do things in a very detailed manner (placing your end cue so that the changeover shuts just after the last frame of black shows, for example), so I was wondering how you go about getting an exact count for that.

Trial and error until you find the exact douser close position.

I seem to recall I figured it out on these particular machines by making up a strip of leader that was all black, one green frame and then the rest were clear frames. When you move the cue back and forth until you see the green frame, but not the clear, take the test strip to the frame counter and you've got it for all future prints.
