I was wondering if anyone out there has successfully "upgraded" their TiVO unit by adding an additional hard drive into the box? If it isn't terribly difficuly, I'd like to pick up an older one (I think with a smaller hard drive) and then put in a 120+ GB disk drive to increase the storage space. I know there are 2 hard drive versions of TiVO, but I want to do this on my own... let me know, thanks.
