Could it be the Wichita Community Theater (WTC) in Wichita, Kansas? Mike Blakesley also speaks of one in his post of 26 December 2000 in the Ground Level Forum, "Small town theatre re-opened by high school kids." However, this one was in Harlowton, Montana.
