It is merely irony. The 3D was supervised by a special technician, according to the credits as I recall. The movie is memorable because it is a good story, told by a good director; someone who translated it to the screen with great skill and creativity. He also directed several good Westerns, like the Randolph Scott starrer, "The Stranger Wore a Gun" (also in 3D).He was a good storyteller, that is his legacy. ------------------ Better Projection Pays!
