I was looking over some of my post and couldn't help noticing that my spelling and grammar skills seem to have fallen off a little lately.
It’s a prime example of what happens when you do a "RUSH" job.
Maybe its due to me being allergic to my latest birthday, too much inhaled solvent and or filmrenew agents, being married, too much caffeine, not enough sex, or whatever.
Fun e thang is i made A's in Spellen in hi skool. I aint know dumee by any figering. heck far i is a was a gooder student than moist others.
Anyway, as a service to all I decided to warn yall against the person named Sam for he is dangerous.
Thank you.

Hehe. I guess that's why that little "edit" button above each post is so handy. You can correct little typing goofs.

One of the many benefits of this fine forum is the ability to correct one self. I just thought I would poke fun at myself publicly.
What I usually do is type my message or reply on the forum window then cut and paste it to my MS Word and run spell check on it then cut and paste it back to the forum. Its when I am up past my bedtime or first thing in the morning is when I make mistakes that are not obvious to me until later.
I am a prime example of what happens to a person when they are sleep deprived.
Anyway, hopefully I can amuse some folks with my comedy of tragedy that is I.

P.S. I only made one grammar mistake when I typed this.

I might not spell good but at least I am not spending this much on this auction. here

P.S. Brad, I am taking a chance here that this is ok to do.
Forgive me and dock my 20 bucks if it isn't.

The shipping reels in that auction aren't old! They still lye flat.

What makes me really laugh is when Goldberg house reels for sale on ebay are in worse shape than the ones I use on a regular basis for trailers.

I am not paying that much for no 2K reel. I dont care if its brand freaking new. I bought one here while back for about 15 bucks and it looked terrible like it had been in water or harse conditions and after a little steel wool and aluminum brightner that my Son the Chemical Saleman gave me it looks brand new.

Sam, aren't those just shipping reels? I have one like that, it's certainly not a house reel.
For your health, cut down on FilmRenew and increase the FilmGuard.
FilmGaurd doesn't have those nasty vapors that give you a headache.
Whenever I use FilmRenew I open the windows, but still get dizzy, and the smell stays in your sinuses all day it seems; it does get off old tape too and heavy dirt though!

Those are indeed shipping reels. Current Goldberg LIST price is...$25.35...how many can I put you down for?

I couldn't figure out why the strange answeres. That was not the correct link. I don't know why it changed but try looking it up by item number 1395808610 instead.

Well, your first link is pretty clearly a link to #1579212700. To save others the trouble of searching, here is a link to #1395808610, which is at $81 now, which almost approaches the $90 list price (right Steve?).

It is certainly annoying that the people selling 35mm stuff on ebay generally don't have a clue. 16mm reels sold as 35mm, shipping reels as "house reels," house reels as "art deco"... Alas, alack.

I have had this happen before on ebay links. I know I had the right one selected. As far as the price goes, I wasn't aware you could still get those type reels and even if you couldn't I still wouldn't pay that much for one.
