If it works as well as when you email the Strong people directly, you will probably be dead by the time you get your response. I am still waiting for reply emails from a couple of weeks back from one tech and another for a couple of months.

PR wise it would probably be better if their server just rejected emails.

In fairness, though, most companies are really bad about replying to questions received via email. Unless one knows a specific person to send mail to at most companies, it's usually faster and more effective to use alternate means of communication.

In other fairness, I've never had an email go unanswered for more than 24 hours by any other cinema related company that I can remember.

A few that I specifically remember being very good with support and communication: Chrisite, Cinemecannica, Kelmar, SPECO, Neumade/Xetron, Boston Light & Sound, Panalogic, Schneider, Dolby, Lucasfilm, etc, etc, etc.

Other Companies that are good about responding are DTS and Lehigh Electric. They make the Movie Pack Dimmers that GCC was installing back in the 80's and early 90's. They are still supporting these dimmers, which is good for me.
