Author Topic: Strong E-Mail Tech Support William T. Parr Jedi Master Film Handler Posts: 823 From: Cedar Park, TX Registered: Nov 2000 posted 11-11-2002 07:51 AM                     Has anyone here used Strong's E mail Tech support? I have sent in two request via it over the past two weeks regaurding the SPA-5A and a few questions I have, and have not even recieved a letter confirming they recived my request or any answers to my questions. A few that I specifically remember being very good with support and communication: Chrisite, Cinemecannica, Kelmar, SPECO, Neumade/Xetron, Boston Light & Sound, Panalogic, Schneider, Dolby, Lucasfilm, etc, etc, etc.  |  IP: Logged William T. They make the Movie Pack Dimmers that GCC was installing back in the 80's and early 90's.
