In other fairness, I've never had an email go unanswered for more than 24 hours by any other cinema related company that I can remember.A few that I specifically remember being very good with support and communication: Chrisite, Cinemecannica, Kelmar, SPECO, Neumade/Xetron, Boston Light & Sound, Panalogic, Schneider, Dolby, Lucasfilm, etc, etc, etc.
