It is a pretty safe bet that I'll be there. But the work schedule always can change that.

Never been, always wanted to -- never had the opportunity or been invited. Hell, I've wanted to go, back when they had Show-A-Rama!

When I worked at the theatre supply in Louisville, the boss always took a different employee to Showest each year. After a few years, when it became my turn to go, he stopped doing this. He resumed the practice, however, as soon as I quit.

A couple years ago, when I lived in Florida and serviced GCC, ASC was going to send me to Show East. Just before the show date, GCC closed all their theatres and I got laid off, so ASC sent someone else.

To this date, I have never been to either of these trade shows, and have pretty much resigned myself to the idea that I never will. So go on, have fun!

I will be there in the same booths we have had for the past few years.

Tim, if you can get yourself to Las Vegas I will get you a pass for the show.

Mr. Koch, that is very kind of you, thanks. Getting there has been the other half of my problem - especially now that I am unemployed.

Does anyone know what average room rates are for the show?

The CLACO crew will be there as always......provided that work schedules hold out for it. Is there going to be a Film-Tech drink night again?
Paul, What are you singing in the mic?
