I would like to know what has worked for you in regards to Leadership Training. I am looking for approaches, games, puzzles, etc.

In the past I have been involved with lots of these types of things. Also if any one know of Leadership training that has it's bases in biblical teachings as well.

Thanks in advance.

NATO makes a series of video training tapes. They're almost painful to watch, but isn't that the point of a training video? [Wink]

Contact your regioal office to get more info.

I don`think there is much to learn with regard to leadership that you don`t learn from your everyday dealings with people.
If you are good at what you are doing and at the same time self-critical and you try to improve your knowledge and skills, then you will not find it hard to lead people. The key is to be self-confident enough not to be afraid of not knowing more than your "subordinates" about "everything". Then you can guide them and at the same time accept criticism or improve what and how you are doing it.

An electric cattle prod;

The latest episode of The Office, a Virgin Trains customer service manual, or if desparate measures are called for, a copy of Mein Kampf! [Roll Eyes]
