Asking price was a million and some change I think. It had a gas station, cafe, store and acreage (how many I'm not sure). It must have sold because when I went through there earlier this year the "For sale, entire town of Otis" signs were gone. I passed because the nearest theatre was a Regal multiplex on the south side of Lincoln City.  |  IP: Logged
