Author Topic: Gangs of New York - Music Stephen Furley Film God Posts: 3059 From: Coulsdon, Croydon, England Registered: May 2002 posted 01-08-2003 02:43 PM                     The trailer for 'Gangs of New York' was shown on television a few days ago, I think the film opens on Friday, it finished just as I came into the room, so I only saw the last few seconds, and I haven't seen it again since, but the music sounded like that used at the start of 'Gettysburg'. It's trailer music. So I can be in no way related to music used in the film. Take Star Trek:Nemesis for example. The trailers for that used Danny Elfman's opening scene music from Planet of The Apes.
