I am going to Canada in a couple of weeks and I am booking my flight this week. I have to go to St. Felecian which is about 200 miles northeast of Quebec. I am assuming that I can't fly into St. Felecian! I was told that it is better to fly into Montreal than Quebec, which is about 300 miles away from St. Felecian. Has anyone had any bad experiences with the Quebec airport? I'm wondering if it is worth the extra 100 miles of driving if I fly into Montreal?

Thanks,
Rick

I haven't flown commercially into either Quebec City Int'l (YQB) or Montreal Dorval (YUL), but I can tell you that YUL is one of the top ten busiest airports in the world and that YQB only serves about 2000 passengers a day.

Oh yeah, if you get lost in Quebec City you'd better know some French. Nearly everyone in Montreal speaks English, well at least the ones that will give you the time of day. [Smile]

I'd probably go with YQB if you can, unless you really feel like driving for 18 hours roundtrip from Montreal, which is more than double the roundtrip from Quebec City (according to MapQuest).

Quebec City to St. Felecian

Montreal to St. Felecian
