Just goes to show how much we really know about our world.

Maybe that`s the guy who swam the Columbia River. Swimming through all that toxic waste can`t really have been good for his skin.

Looks like a big jellyfish. bzzzzzzzzz! SpongeBob will have a field day!

(Actually, sounds more like 50s sci-fi... nuclear tests affected sea life.)

The Blob found dead? [Frown] Up in heaven Steve McQueen is crying!

Paramount (or whoever holds the rights) should re-release The Blob. Better than most of the product out there now. Dig that theme song [Big Grin] it was written by Burt Bacharach!

I always thought "The Blob" used stock music entirely from the Valentino library?

Cthulhu: The enormous, octopus-headed monster that became the backbone to all of the H.P. Lovecraft mythos. I suppose theres a good reason as to why I scored so high on the geek test! [Smile]

The speculation is that these bad boys live in a big trench off the East coast of New Zealand.

Didn't Bachrach sing the theme song himself, multi-tracked? Screen credit for the singing goes to "The Five Blobs." Cute!

I remember watching this TV show about the giant squids. The scientist some how hooked a camera onto a sperm whale. The whale dove deep hunting for squid, but, while they dove another whale looked at the camera the entire time. They found nothing, but the searches still continues.
