Last Satuday, former American Idol runner up Justin Guarini was riding a water craft in Texas when he nearly struck a 5 year old girl. Guarini was with Kelly Clarkson and several other friends when the incident occurred. He came up on shore after a trip in the water and came dangerously close to the little girl, although he didn't actually hit her. Not sure what the fine is, but I'm sure it is steep.
