Author Topic: Death of a friend - Jim Trippe of Eastern Federal Cinemas Oscar Neundorfer Master Film Handler Posts: 275 From: Senoia, GA Registered: May 2000 posted 07-30-2003 06:36 AM                        On Monday, July 28, 2003 in the late afternoon, Jim Trippe, Technical Director of Eastern Federal Cinemas, lost his long and painful battle with cancer and died. This had been expected for a while, but it is still a shock to all who knew him. He will be GREATLY missed. His wit and humor were always a joy to experience. He was a genuinely nice man that I am honored to have known. I already miss him a lot.
