Does anyone remember this little promotional item?

Directions: Squirt a wad into wet or dry hair and work with hands as desired - results will come naturally. Drying time may vary as each packet is individually loaded. Visit our website at www.clean-pipes.com. Hardly any animals were harmed during dutesting of this product, and those that were hurt, were really really old.

I found this as I was going through some stuff this weekend. Does anyone have any clue what is actually inside this packet?

I hadn't seen the packets of 'Hair Gel' until 'Mary' came out on video, therefore I would assume they were a promo item connected to the video release. AFAICR, it was simply 'styling gel' (like Dep) in the packets.

Fox sent those out to some of the theatres that asked for promo kits. It was to be handed out to patrons BEFORE the movie. One of the theatres near me tried give them out afterwards. Needless to say the first few shows did not have any takers.
