What is the best video capturing devices available. I am looking to spend no more than $150 but any input as to models capabilities and performance is appreciated. They need to be able to capture from an analog source.

The ATI All-In-Wonder graphics card will do the trick. It can capture from RCA, S-Video and Fire Wire. You can pick which model you want based on what features you want. I think some come with a TV tuner and some do not, or maybe they all do. Some come with an RF remote to control all the stuff with but the mouse pointer C-R-A-W-L-S across the screen when you try to use it.

They range in price from $99-$299
