Lauderdale, FL, USA Registered: Jun 2001 posted 02-11-2004 07:58 AM                     Comcast the cable giant is offering a 66 billion dollar buyout for Disney which is a 9% premium over the current stock price. Mr. Eisner, the embattled chairman, refused to discuss the matter so Comcast went public about their offer. Some people feel that the buy out premium should be 30% instead of 9% so this should be interesting to see unfold.
