(Projectionist footwear) Richard Greco Phenomenal Film Handler Posts: 1180 From: Plant City, FL Registered: Nov 2003 posted 03-20-2004 10:01 PM                     Since projectionists are on our feet for a lot of the day, I was wondering what kind of footwear you all use. Also, what insoles are the best that you've found? Are you gellin' like a felon? Or are you limpin' around upstairs? I was thinking about getting the Dr. Sholls gel insoles since I am standing alot. As you can see I wear shoes until the sole fall off. I paid $40 for them well over a year ago and they still work. I wore them all day at sea world a few weekends ago and had no problems. Yes I am Gelling like a felon. I use the DR scholls inserts. Had them for three years now and the leather has yet to crack or come appart on the seams. Since they're Gore-Tex, I spray them every six months with Campdry.
