Those are to be avoided like the plague. Good fingers/tenders are composed of random pieces of white meat and you can see from the structure (strands/fibers) that they are "real". Here in the US Burger King switched from "real" to "regurgitated" about a dozen years ago and I stopped buying from them immediately. In the upper midwest the tiny but growing Culvers chain has excellent tenders. Steak'N'Shake are good, too. They are so yummy! Come to think of it, it's been quite a while since I had chicken tenders. Nothing against them...just that they haven't been on my culinary radar for awhile. IIRC, the last batch of chicken tenders I ate was from Wendy's, which were pretty good...Wendy's has very good BBQ sauce for a fast-food joint. Actually I gave up red meat for lent, and switched from chicken fingers to the NEW KFC SECRET RECIPIE FILET.... Damn thats good chicken. And nothing.
