The soundtrack is rated "R" or maybe even "PG-13". But used as it is here, expressing desire for an explicit sex act, merits an R or NC-17 rating. It's use here is a pretty good example of "shock" humor combining such lyrics with such innocuous images and this particular advertising pitch.
