Anyone have this? I need to know how to change the setting of 2.5 rings up to something reasonable such as 5 or 6 rings, and I can't find the instructions anywhere on their website or on the "help" menus.

I have it too, but don't know how to change it.

I think I saw something about it but it only applied to when you have multiple boxes ??

Here in CA, you have to call the service operator and have the home office set the number of rings.
