Hi everyone

I can buy these equipment for 4000$:

- 3 x 4848A JBL LF cabinet
- 3 x Large HF Horn with, if I'm not wrong, 2250 Driver, with brackets
- 4 x 8340 Surround speaker with brackets
- 4 x JBL/QSC MPX300 Amplifiers

What do you think? I completely trust the person that gave me the offer, but I would like your opinion (mainly on the price!)

Thanks a lot!

Bye

P.S. What is the street price for an old Crown MT 2401 amplifier?

That's a decent price assuming that number is in US funds and there is no damage to the items.

Hi Brad

Thanks for your reply

Only "decent"? [Smile]

Do you say that this is a "normal" street price?
No, price are Euro and I didn't know that there is so much difference. 4000 euro are, today, 4800 USD. Is it still a decent price?

What do you mean with your 3-5$ about my Crown? Doesn't have it a value?

Thanks again

Bye

Antonio:

Yeah, I think Brad was serious with the $3-5 for the amp. It took me over a month to unload my Crown Micro-Tech 600, where my QSC amps sold in a few days.

Crown seems to have fallen out of favor with all sound industries...

I've been told that the MPX300 were rated 360 USD each one. Can someone be so kind to tell me what is a correct price for each type of equipment I listed? If someone can tell me european prices will be better (I suppose that on this type of equipment the difference is big between USA and Europe) but no matter.

Thanks so much.
