I am looking into getting cell phone service. I am thinking of the Motorola V-551 and a LG model for the wife. Anyone have any thoughts on this matter. I am looking at the Cingular nationwide plan. Thanks for the help.

My personal cell phone is a Samsung SGH X427. Very small and easy to use. They have more expensive models with more features, but this one seemed the best value for what it can do, not to mention it is easy to tuck away in a coat pocket.

Nokia all the way...I bought my fiance a Mortorola V300..it's ok, but the reception isn't so great and it has frozen a couple of times. A friend of mine has a Cingular and he has been happy with the Nokia's they have.

I have a Moto v300 myself, great phone. Haven't had more than the usual amount of issues with it. Only gripe I have is that I wish it was louder, both for Ring and Voice.
