I like beer. No, I love beer. Nothing is better after work than enjoying my favorite beer while I recline in front of the t.v. in my underwear. [beer] My favorite beer is Boulevard Wheat. It's an unfiltered wheat beer made in Kansas City, served with a slice of lemon. My second favorite beer is Goose Island Honkers Ale, brewed in the beautiful city of Chicago. Goose Island is hard to find here in NW Iowa so whenever I go to Chi-Town (about every few months or so) I take advantage of it as much as possible. Since these 'micro-brews' can get a bit pricey I enjoy Miller Light when I'm out binging. I went to the Miller brewery in Millwaukee and they brainwashed me. What's your favorite beer?

Well at one video editing job I had the owner would always buy us beer a few days a week while we worked. I had no idea what he bought, but it wasn't in a can. I've never really cared for beer but I did acquire a taste for it after working there. Like I said I have no idea what brands he bought and it was different brands each time so I have no idea what would be my favorite. They really all taste the same to me.

No beer for me but alcoholic cider is YUMMY:

#1- english Scrumpy Jack Cider (I can't find it in the states anywhere)
#2- Ace blackberry
#3- K cider (with a 7% alch. per bottle)
#4- Woodchuck. too sweet but it's ok for a domestic cider

Gosh Paul, can't you make up your mind? It looks like you'll drink whatever... especially when someone ELSE is buying!

Miller Lite: With my salad and red meat din din.
Sapporo: With Sushi and Japanese food.
Carta Blanca : With salsa & chips and Mexican food.

Bud and Corona are a big hype... the only good thing about them are their TV commercials.

While ya can only rent beer before peeing it out, Coors gives me the shits. YUK!

The real nectar of the gods:

Newcastle Brown Ale!

Other faves:

Guinness Draught
OB Lager
Boddington's Cream Ale
Widmer Hefeweizen
Spaten Optimator
Warsteiner Dark
Gordon Biersch Marzen

I'll drink if none of the above are available:

Coors Light
Bud Light (tastes WAY better than regular Bud)
MGD
Corona
Heineken

Won't touch:

Budweiser
Any IPA
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
most 'cheap' beers

Phil, OF COURSE I like any beer someone else pays for! As for not being able to make up my mind, variety is the spice of life. Specialization is for insects, and moderation is for monks. [Big Grin]

And 'thank you' to Aaron for reminding me of Boddington's. How could I forget about Boddington's... [beer]

Forgot to list tolerable domestic product: Coors and MGD.
And the mixes: Black & Tan, Black Velvet, Port & Guinness...

Sadly, I haven't been to my Crown & Anchor pub in a long long time. Someday, when I have a real job and money to swill with again... [thumbsup]
