I was doing a little searching, and found these pics:

The question is, what camera is it? It looks like a Mitchell, a NC perhaps? This camera was used to film the fireplace for the "Yule Log".

A Bell & Howell 2709 with motor attachment? I've never seen them sprayed blue, though.

Actually its very definately a Cinema Products conversion, pellicle reflexed Mitchell NC. Same as the insides section of Tim's BNC camera........ You can see the two thumb screws at the lens end(Front end) of the viewfinder that allows you to slide the pellicle out for cleaning.

Thanks for all the answers on what camera it is, now I have some others. What kind of lens is on it? WGN was showing "yule log" Christmas eve (the pictures I linked to of the camera were taken during a reshoot of "Yule log" in 1970), and me thinks it is a zoom-type lens. Also was the NC a 35mm or a 16mm camera, judging from the film quality (on YL) it was probably 35.

Angeniux 25 to 250... used to have one of those too. A real coke bottle. The NC was 35mm, most of the movements were also modified during the camera conversion so they had variable pitch.... made the camera alot quieter. This HAD to be a very low budget film even back in 1970. Most of the BNCR's were relegated to TV show duty by then because of the new Panaflex. Some BNCR's are still shooting TV shows today!
