It's been years since I've seen it. I worked for American Theatres in Waltham in the late 50s. There was also a chain called New England Theatres, nearest competition to American. Sack Theatres operated several screens in downtown Boston. I've been to alot of them but can't remember the names of them right now. I'll check with a relative in Lexington to see if he still has this book. Maybe Scott Norwood would also have some info on those chains. There was also a chain called Loew's E. M. Theatres and Rifkin Theatres both out of Boston.  |  IP: Logged
