Author Topic: Is there a free way to check online for a trade mark? Mark J. Marshall Film God Posts: 3188 From: New Castle, DE, USA Registered: Aug 2002 posted 02-22-2006 01:23 PM                    Does anyone know if there is a web site or a telnet server somewhere or something that can be used to check to see if a particular trademark already exists or has been filed?
