I suspect that if anybody knows the answers to this, or where to find out, it will probably be Leo, but if anybody else happens to know I'd be glad to hear from them.
This film was made by the BBC in the late '50s, or very early '60s. It was produced by Denis Mitchell. I can find a few references to it on the web, but not much. Does anybody know the locations used in this film, and whether it is available in any form? I suspect that it still exists, because a brief extract was shown in a BBC programme maybe ten years ago, which would have been after the era of mass dumpings of old material.
