Ok Phil, I apologize in advance, but why? Why??? Seriously, WHY is this supposed to be funny or even slightly amusing? There are only 50,000 of these stupid things on the internet and they are all exactly the same.

Adam is right this should have been listed in the random links thread, but if people are going to keep posting this same retarded joke of a scream that is supposed to startle the viewer, perhaps we need to make a new thread of "really retarded links that you don't want to waste your life visiting".
