Author Topic: Comedian Richard Jeni is dead. Bobby Henderson "Ask me about Trajan." Posts: 10973 From: Lawton, OK, USA Registered: Apr 2001 posted 03-11-2007 06:34 PM                     This is some pretty shocking and tragic news. Richard Jeni died of an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was still alive when medical personnel found him, but he died later at a hospital. I really enjoyed Jeni's stand up work. The guy did a number of HBO specials and appeared numerous times to all the big talk shows.
