This guy goes around filming NYC employees violating the law. He's got alot of these up at You-Tube and they are a hoot to watch. Ya gotta love the one "Female Cop Breaks The Law Because She Is Having Her Period" This guy should team up with Michael Moore! Couldn't help but notice that he primarily picks on only the female officers. In fact the one video he put up hounding the male driver of the NYC Board of Education driver, that driver actually got physical with him.
